The grantee is obligated to provide to the Foundation the following documents within one month after the end of the support period. The report is submitted electronically in the application environment.
Parts of the report are:
- a standard report in the application environment;
- official confirmation letter by the host institution or the organizer of the event (certificate, etc.) which contains the date of the event (in scanned form).
No expense receipts for travel, lodging etc need to be presented after the visit.
If the report or the confirmation letter of the host institution is not submitted in a timely manner or if the non-purposeful use of the grant becomes apparent, the grantee is obliged to return the grant. If the actual duration of the study visit is shorter (based on official confirmation letter) than the support period provided in the contract the refund of the overpaid part of the support will be requested.
