The grantees shall submit to the Archimedes a transcript of their academic record at the end of each academic year.
For the reimbursement of travel, residence permit, health insurance and other expenses, the recipients must submit the following documents:
- statement of expenses (form);
- original travel tickets and (when appropriate) invoices;
- original invoices for other expenses (residence permit, health insurance policy, etc.).
In order to receive an advance payment (for travel, residence permit, health insurance), an advance statement must be submitted.
