Significant limitations

The Archimedes' confirmation of awarding the study scholarship does not secure the applicant a place at the educational institution of his/her choice. Once the scholarship is awarded, the applicant must submit further documents to Archimedes. Additional documents will then be assessed by Academic Recognition Information Centre and the admission board of the relevant educational institutions. The applicant must pass the admission examinations, auditions, language tests or any other form of assessment, if the educational institution so requires. If admission examinations are not passed or the student is not enrolled to the indicated study programme due to her/his own omission, the scholarship decision is considered void.

Once the educational institution has enrolled the applicant to a specific study programme, the study programme cannot be changed.

Scholarship recipients are eligible to apply for a follow-up scholarship for BA or MA studies. Individuals wishing to continue their studies must submit respective applications to Archimedes according to established procedures and deadlines similarly to the new applicants.
