Contract and payment

The applicant must provide the certificate of admission issued by the host university no later than by the time of conclusion of the agreement.

In general, six weeks prior to the start of the study, the Archimedes Foundation and the grantee shall sign an agreement which stipulates the amount of the support and the procedures for the use thereof. The terms and conditions of the agreement can be examined prior to the application.

The first installment of the scholarship is transferred to the bank account of the scholarship recipient generally one month before the start of their studies abroad, except in cases where the required documents (a signed agreement, letter of confirmation of admission) have not been submitted by this time.
